Firenze Red Lions sign homegrown defensive back Pietro Migliori

The Firenze Red Lions have added another homegrown player to their roster, signing 24-year-old Italian defensive back Pietro Migliori. Migliori arrives with a mix of domestic and European experience and is motivated to make his mark for the AFLE franchise of his home country.

Experience across Europe

Migliori built his career at the Giaguari Torino before expanding his horizons with stints at two Austrian franchises, the Raiders Tirol and the Vienna Vikings. At both clubs he proved himself as a reliable presence in the defensive backfield, though opportunities to show his full impact were limited. Those experiences have shaped him into a well-rounded player who understands what it takes to compete at a high level.

Representing Italy on the international stage

Migliori has also been part of the Italian national team roster, adding another layer of pedigree to his profile. His inclusion at international level is a testament to the quality he has shown throughout his career and the regard in which he is held within Italian football.

Ready to make his mark

Now Migliori gets the opportunity he has been waiting for, a chance to show what he is capable of for the AFLE franchise of his home country. With the Firenze Red Lions, he will be looking to finally step into a bigger role and deliver the impact that those who have followed his career have always believed he is capable of.
