Jezreel Agu voted fans‘ week 8 MVP
There are moments in football that decide games, and Jezreel Agu delivered one of those moments in Week 8. The London Warriors defensive end has been voted fans‘ MVP after a performance that ended the Alpine Rams‘ last hope and sealed a 27:26 Warriors victory.

The game-ending sack
With the game on the line and the Rams still in reach, Agu dragged Seth Morgan to the ground and watched the clock run out. It was the kind of play that defines a game and defines a player. Everything the Rams had worked for over 60 minutes came down to that single moment, and Agu made sure it went London’s way.
A complete performance
The sack was the highlight but it was far from the only contribution. Agu finished the game with 10 tackles and two sacks, a complete defensive performance in a game that needed every stop London could get. The Warriors won by a single point in one of the most tightly contested games of the AFLE season so far, and Agu was at the heart of their defensive effort throughout.
A win that keeps the dream alive
The victory was London’s third of the season and keeps them in the conversation for a playoff spot. In a game where Karé Lyles threw two interceptions and the offense struggled for long stretches, it was the defense that ultimately made the difference. Agu was the best of them, and fans across the league recognized it.
