LONDON WARRIORS SECURE THEIR THIRD WIN OF THE SEASON IN AN EXCITING MATCHUP AGAINST THE ALPINE RAMS
In the rematch between the London Warriors and the Alpine Rams, the Warriors secured their third win of the season in an exciting duel, and can now continue to hope for one of the coveted playoff spots.

FINAL SCORE: LONDON WARRIORS AT ALPINE RAMS – 27:26
AFTER A WEEK FULL OF CHANGES, THE RAMS COULDN’T SECURE THE WIN
For London, it was an opening to forget, however they managed to score first. For the Alpine Rams, it was the perfect start to the game. After a shaky first quarter, the Rams answered in style, with Seth Morgan finding Kevin Kaya on a 19-yard strike to tie things back up. But it was the Rams‘ defense that truly stole the show, putting together a performance loaded with exclamation points: a forced fumble, two interceptions, and two quarterback sacks kept London’s offense on its heels all night. The two teams traded blows to open the second half, but late in the third quarter, the Rams pulled away again as Lou De Boe connected on an 18-yard touchdown pass to extend the lead. In the end the Rams couldn’t secure the win, as London fought their way back.
LONDON STRUGGLED TO FIND ANSWERS BUT CAME BACK STRONG
London refused to go quietly. After an ineffective opening drive in the first, a fumble recovery by Niall Scott-Grant handed the Warriors a golden opportunity deep in Rams territory – only for an interception to snuff it out. But if the Rams could make a big play, so could the Warriors: Karé Lyles found tight end Kevin Laryea deep down the field for a 71-yard touchdown, tying the game and igniting the Warriors‘ sideline. It was a huge response from an offense that had otherwise struggled, and it came despite a rough night for Lyles individually, who threw his second interception of the game shortly after. Still, London’s fighting spirit never wavered – they stayed within striking distance until the final whistle, and secured a back-to-back win.
WHAT’S NEXT
Up next, the London Warriors will look to keep fighting on the road against the Paris Lights, while the Alpine Rams head to the capital to take on Berlin Thunder.
