London Warriors sign former CFL linebacker Emmanuel Falola
The London Warriors have added an experienced player to their roster, signing linebacker Emmanuel Falola. Falola brings a combination of CFL pedigree, NFL exposure and European football experience to the Warriors‘ defensive corps.
A high-profile draft pick in the CFL
Falola’s talent was recognised early when he was selected in the second round of the CFL Draft by the Toronto Argonauts, a clear sign of the regard in which he was held at the professional level. He also took part in the NFL International Player Pathway Program, further underlining his credentials as one of the top international linebackers in the game.
Productive seasons in European football
Most recently Falola spent two seasons in the European League of Football, lining up for both Rhein Fire and the Nordic Storm. Across 18 appearances he recorded 39 tackles, three sacks, four tackles for loss and a pass breakup, showing his ability to make an impact on both run defense and as a pass rusher.
With Falola now on board, the London Warriors continue to build a roster with serious professional pedigree ahead of their inaugural AFLE season.
