Veteran defensive back Till Janssen stays with Rhein Fire

Rhein Fire have confirmed that veteran defensive back Till Janssen will remain with the team. The experienced defender has been part of the franchise since 2022 and continues to be an important piece of the Fire defense.

Over the years, Janssen has delivered consistent performances and contributed with key plays in important moments.

Reliable presence in the secondary

Since joining Rhein Fire, Janssen has developed into a dependable player in the defensive backfield. His awareness, positioning, and playmaking ability have helped the team in many games.

Across four seasons with the Fire, he appeared in 47 games and recorded 131 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, eight interceptions, 32 pass breakups, three fumbles, and one fumble return.

Experience for the upcoming season

By keeping Till Janssen on the roster, Rhein Fire retain a proven and experienced defensive back who knows the system and the team culture.
