American Football League Europe Partners with HotelPlanner as Official Supplier

The American Football League Europe (AFLE) today announced a partnership with HotelPlanner, appointing the global travel technology company as the league’s official travel supplier. The partnership delivers a centralized, AFLE-branded booking platform for franchises, teams, internal stakeholders, fans, and families, covering hotel reservations, flights, and group travel, all accessible through a single dedicated portal.

Cool Down — Built to Recover. Code AFLE

Through the landing page at aflepro.hotelplanner.com, everyone within the AFLE community, from franchise operations and team management to fans and families, can book hotel rooms, flights, and group travel arrangements for any occasion, not just game days. Whether planning team travel for an away game, organizing a supporter group trip, or simply looking for competitive hotel rates, the platform provides quick access to HotelPlanner’s full range of travel services in one place.

The partnership covers the full 2026 season, including the league’s premier event, the AFLE Gold Bowl 2026, scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena in Duisburg, Germany.

“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome HotelPlanner as the Official Partner of AFLE. This strategic collaboration is a monumental step forward for our league as we continue to expand our international footprint,” said Jens Lehmann, Vice President Sales of the AFLE. “By leveraging HotelPlanner’s world-class global booking network, we are not only streamlining travel logistics for our teams, officials, and staff, but we are also unlocking incredible, seamless travel experiences for our passionate fans worldwide. Together, we are making European American football more accessible and exciting than ever before.”

HotelPlanner’s technology enables AFLE stakeholders to manage both individual traveler needs and large group room blocks through a single, branded interface. The platform centralizes what has traditionally been a fragmented process for sports organizations, cutting down on administrative overhead and ensuring consistent service standards for all bookings made within the AFLE network.
