Rohat Dagdelen remains offensive coordinator of Rhein Fire for 2026

Rhein Fire have confirmed another addition to their coaching staff for the upcoming season. Sports Director Rohat Dagdelen will once again be part of the coaching staff in 2026 and will continue in the role of offensive coordinator.

A long connection with Rhein Fire

Dagdelen has been part of the Rhein Fire organization since 2022. During that time, he served as the team’s backup quarterback and was closely involved with the offense on and off the field.

After changes within the coaching staff last season, Dagdelen gradually took on more responsibility. Toward the end of the season, he stepped into the role of offensive coordinator and took over play-calling duties.

From player to sports director

In the offseason, Rhein Fire appointed Dagdelen as Sports Director, making him responsible for building the roster for the upcoming season.

In this role, he oversaw the team’s roster planning and helped shape the squad that will compete in The League Europe.

Back on the sideline

Now that the roster for the upcoming season is nearly complete, Dagdelen will once again focus on his role within the coaching staff.

Working alongside Head Coach Mark Ridgley, he will lead the Rhein Fire offense and continue to play an important role in the team’s preparations for the new season.
