Berlin Thunder strengthen defensive backfield with Felix Proulx
The Berlin Thunder have found their next defensive addition, signing Italian defensive back Felix Proulx ahead of the 2026 season. Proulx joins a defensive backfield that is quickly becoming one of the most talented in the league.
A well-travelled career with silverware
Proulx has played for a number of clubs throughout his career, gaining experience across European football at stops including the Milano Seamen, Giaguari Torino, Paris Musketeers, Ours de Toulouse, Parma Panthers and the Gones de Lyon. Along the way he has collected two championship titles, proof that he knows what it takes to win at the highest level.
Joining a talented group
Proulx steps into a defensive backfield that already has plenty of quality. Homegrown players Joshua Poznaski, Rico Geyer and Peter Daigeler provide a strong local foundation, while imports Will Johnson, Kosi Onyeka and Kessawn Abraham bring additional experience and depth. Proulx fits right into that group and adds even more versatility to the unit.
A defense built to compete
With the combination of experienced homegrown talent and quality import players, the Berlin Thunder are putting together a defensive backfield with real depth and championship pedigree. Proulx and his two titles are a welcome addition to a group that has serious ambitions for the 2026 season.
