Wroclaw Panthers re-sign four homegrown players

The Wroclaw Panthers have strengthened their roster by re-signing four homegrown players ahead of the 2026 season. The quartet brings a mix of experience, reliability and long-term loyalty to the Panthers organisation.

Stability up front with Rogaczewski

On the offensive side, veteran offensive lineman Rafal Rogaczewski returns to anchor the line. Known as a reliable and physical presence, Rogaczewski is an important figure for the Panthers offense. As the center, he plays a key role in the partnership with quarterback Jameson Wang, providing the stability needed for the offense to function at its best.

A defensive cornerstone in Romanowski

Linebacker Szymon Romanowski has been part of the Wroclaw Panthers for five years and continues to be one of the most important pieces of their defense. Over those five seasons he has recorded 139 tackles, four tackles for loss, eight pass breakups, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries. His experience and familiarity with the system make him an invaluable part of the linebacker corps.

Romaniuk returns to the defensive line

Defensive lineman Oskar Romaniuk also re-signs with the Panthers, having been part of the organisation for three seasons. Romaniuk made his biggest impact in his first two seasons and is looking to recapture that form in 2026 after a limited role last year, when he was part of the gameday roster for just five games without contributing to the stat sheet.

Piatkowski brings experience and leadership to the secondary

Safety Daniel Piatkowski is another five-year Panthers veteran who will continue his journey with the club. Across 45 games he has put together an impressive career record of 192 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 5.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions, eight pass breakups, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. Those numbers speak for themselves and make him one of the most experienced homegrown players in the entire league.

With these four re-signings confirmed, the Wroclaw Panthers are building on a strong foundation of loyalty and experience as they prepare for the 2026 season.
